Watercolor Resources

We're pretty fortunate to live during a time when a basic art education can be attained free of cost, if you just know where to look.  Even if you aren't familiar with basic art resource sites and forums, a basic Google search can yield fantastic results.  For some, a blog full of text and photos may not be enough to really get a handle on new, unfamiliar techniques.  Fortunately, sites like Youtube and Vimeo can fill that gap, providing hours of video art education free of cost.  An art education need not remain an unattainable goal.
